You may be worried about something else. Here’s the most frequently asked questions to help put your mind at rest.
“I’m not very fit.”
The 777 challenge is designed to work no matter how fit you are. You go at your own pace in the workouts. I will promise you that you will be fitter at the end though.
“I don’t have any gym equipment.”
All the workouts will be based on little to no equipment.
“Will I need to buy supplements?”
There will be some recommendations but you by no means need to get them to see results.
If you don’t achieve 7lbs and 7 inches in 7 days then I will refund you every penny. So there is no risk to you at all. Is that fair?
