  • Will the nutrition be really strict like the 777?

    NO!  We understand that eating 100% perfect forever is likely to lead to you going off the rails.  In fact all we ask is that for the first 12 days you stay on track and then we will start to introduce strategies that will allow you to eat some of what you want, yes even if it's usually seen as 'bad' for you. 
  • I can't get to camp, can I still join?

    Of course, just like the 777 you can follow along online with the support of the Facebook group and all the guidance in the members area of the website.
