Let’s be honest – January has kind of been a bit mean – it wasn’t the vision we were hoping for.. Not for me anyway..!

I was hoping for crisp sunny winter days..boundless energy and yet the days were mainly rainy and I’ve kept my fingers firmly crossed the Oz flu stays rig away from me.. It has but not from family M-H.

We are starting a few Challenges this next month at Devon Fit Camp and wonder if you’d like to be involved,,?

So on to the nitty-gritty. I have laid on a special challenge for you all, complete with prizes. It’s a very simple 30 day challenge with a twist, it’s aimed at…

  • Accelerating your fitness levels and overall results
  • Keeping you focused and super fit away from the sessions

It’s just a bit of light hearted fun & competition to spice things up.

Here’s what it’s all about

You will receive a printed copy of the 30 day challenge. Stick it on your fridge or somewhere you’ll definitely see it each day. The challenge is very simple to follow and must be done every day for 30 days (should take 10 minutes max). However, whenever you miss a day, you must start the challenge again from scratch. OOH Easily done.

The first person to hand in the challenge signed and completed wins. If multiple players finish on the same day, I will draw a winner from the hat. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes are up for grabs.

Entry Fee £10 which is 100% refundable if you complete the challenge within the 30 day period. You see, when you have a little skin in the game, you are far more likely to mentally commit. And therefore, physically commit to completing the challenge.

This isn’t about making money, it’s about your success. In fact, any money left over will go towards new equipment so that I can deliver an even better service to you and the gang and to our charity Coppafeel.
