Allow Me to Introduce Myself

My name is Claire Morgan-Hughes, former Oncology Nursing Sister, I am mum to Emily and Harry and wife to Gareth, who is a Cardiologist. I’ve always loved training outside and keeping fit and active.

However it hasn’t always been that way. I was the child at school who although loved sports, dreaded the moment when teams were to be picked for fear of being the last one standing or when we trained for field events. High jump was my worst, jumping just wasn’t my thing – it terrified me. The PE teacher couldn’t understand why I just “couldn’t jump” and often I’d leave the session in tears, through sheer humiliation and shame of being made to stand out.

I know what it is like to feel unfit, frumpy and unconfident.

I know that being a mum isn’t always easy – we are master of multiple jobs all hours of the day and night. Mums have busy lives right?

I’m here to show you how you can draw yourself a new future where you are more confident, sexier and feel great in your own skin.

about what is like to work with me?

I really admire women who have to juggle home and work life to find time to train and look after themselves. It’s a privileged job and one I love.
